Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LGV Media Group LLC, doing business as Worklode (“Worklode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our Website, applications, lead and checkout pages, telephone and text-message systems, and related services (together, the “Services”).

Worklode provides business subscription services to U.S. home-service contractors. This Policy applies to prospective customers, customers and their authorized users, website visitors, and people who contact us. It also explains our role when we process information about a customer’s callers, leads, and customers on that business customer’s behalf.

1.Who Is Responsible for Personal Information

1.1. Worklode determines how and why personal information is used when we advertise and sell the Services, qualify leads, create previews, manage accounts and subscriptions, provide support, protect our business, and improve the Services.

1.2. When a business customer uses the Services to answer calls, record or transcribe calls, send messages, request reviews, publish content, or manage its own leads and customers, that business customer generally determines why the information is processed. Worklode processes the information to provide the Services under the customer’s instructions. Questions about a particular contractor’s use of information should first be directed to that contractor.

2.Personal Information We Collect

2.1. Before purchase, we may collect your name, email address, verified telephone number, business name, trade, ZIP code, service area, services offered, years in business, and team size.

2.2. We may collect call recordings and transcripts, SMS content, call and message metadata, communication preferences, and records of consent, opt-outs, HELP requests, and STOP requests. Where permitted by applicable law, consent to such collection and processing is provided through the Client’s or user’s use of the Services. Where separate or additional consent is required by applicable law, we obtain that consent during onboarding or before the relevant recording, communication, or processing begins.

2.3. We collect information provided during a qualifying call and information derived from it, such as an organized list of services, trade classification, business description, service area, and draft website content. We may create website copy, articles, images, and a preview website using this information.

2.4. After purchase, we may collect owner and business contact details, company information, service-area ZIP codes, radius and neighborhoods, domain selections, connected-account permissions, call scripts, voice selections, business questions and answers, call-handling instructions, and telephone-number preferences.

2.5. Customers may upload a logo and gallery photographs through the application. We may also receive information contained in or associated with those images.

2.6. When a customer uses telephone and messaging features, we may process caller names, telephone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, SMS content, job or service details, appointment or lead information, and other information that callers provide.

2.7. We receive information about the plan, line items, discounts, subscription status, billing dates, payment status, and limited payment metadata. Payment-card details are entered directly into Checkout. Worklode does not receive or store full card numbers.

2.8. If a customer connects Google Business Profile or Facebook through OAuth, we receive authorization tokens and information made available under the permissions approved by the customer. We use that access to manage or publish content on the customer’s behalf. We do not receive the customer’s password for those services.

2.9. We may collect IP address, browser and device information, browser user agent, landing page, referring page, pages and features used, dates and times, anonymous and session identifiers, Facebook click identifiers, and UTM or similar campaign values.

2.10. We collect information submitted in support requests, emails, complaints, feedback, and other communications with us.

3.How We Collect Information

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you submit a form, verify your telephone number, speak with us, complete checkout or onboarding, upload images, configure the Services, or request support;
  • automatically from the System, devices, telephone and messaging systems, and advertising or attribution technologies;
  • from business customers that use the Services to communicate with their callers, leads, and customers;
  • from connected services when a customer authorizes access; and
  • from service providers that support advertising, communications, authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, and service delivery.

4.How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • verify telephone numbers and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized submissions;
  • place qualifying and follow-up calls and send requested or authorized text messages;
  • record and transcribe calls after providing required notice and obtaining required consent;
  • identify a business’s trade, services, service area, and operational details;
  • create and deliver a free website preview before payment;
  • provide, configure, host, maintain, and support the Services;
  • create and update websites, articles, images, messages, and other content;
  • connect and publish to authorized Google Business Profile and Facebook accounts;
  • operate automated telephone answering, messaging, spam filtering, and lead-notification features;
  • create and manage accounts, subscriptions, domains, and telephone numbers;
  • process transactions and manage renewals, cancellations, discounts, and payment status;
  • communicate about the Services, support, security, billing, and changes to our terms or policies;
  • measure advertising and understand which campaigns or pages generated interest;
  • monitor performance, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services;
  • detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; and
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5.How We Use AI

5.1. Before payment. An AI voice agent may place and conduct a qualifying call. The call may be recorded and transcribed after required notice and consent. AI may read the transcript to extract business information, classify the trade, organize the services offered, and generate website copy, articles, and images for a preview.

5.2. After payment. AI may support content generation, call answering, transcription, summaries, spam filtering, messaging, and other features selected by the customer.

5.3. AI does not decide whether a lead is allowed to buy the Services or determine the price offered. Generally applicable plans, promotions, and checkout prices may be presented automatically.

5.4. Our team and customers may review, correct, reject, or replace AI-generated information and content. Customers may reject proposed posts before publication where that feature is available.

6.Calls, Text Messages, and Recording

6.1. If you provide and verify your telephone number and give the requested consent, Worklode may call or text you about your inquiry, preview, purchase, account, or Services. Some calls and messages may use automated technology or an AI voice. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing the Services.

6.2. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by contacting privacy@worklode.com. We may continue to send non-marketing messages reasonably necessary for an existing transaction, account, security, billing, or support request where permitted by law.

6.3. Where required, users will be asked to provide consent by clicking the applicable checkbox or button during onboarding or before using the relevant feature. Any required notices or additional consent will be provided or obtained as required by applicable law.

6.4. Customer communications. Business customers are responsible for obtaining any consent and providing any notice required for calls, texts, recordings, and transcriptions made for their business through the Services.

7.How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the Services and host customer websites;
  • AI and software providers that support voice calls, transcription, classification, content generation, images, automation, and related functions;
  • telephone and messaging providers that supply telephone numbers, calls, recordings, transcripts, and SMS delivery;
  • authentication providers that deliver passwordless email login codes;
  • Stripe and payment providers that process checkout, recurring charges, refunds, and payment status;
  • domain registrars and hosting providers, including providers used to register, connect, host, renew, or transfer domains;
  • Google and Meta services when a customer authorizes a connection or when we measure advertising and campaign performance;
  • analytics, security, support, and professional service providers that help operate, protect, and administer our business;
  • the applicable business customer when information relates to that customer’s account, callers, leads, or customers;
  • corporate transaction participants in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business; and
  • government authorities or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce agreements.

We may change providers as the Services develop. Providers acting for Worklode may process personal information as reasonably necessary to perform services for us, subject to applicable law and our agreements with them. Some providers may separately process limited information for their own lawful purposes under their own terms and privacy policies, including where they act as independent businesses rather than solely on Worklode’s instructions. We do not control independent processing by third parties, but nothing in this Policy excludes any responsibility Worklode cannot lawfully exclude.

8.Advertising and Online Activity

We collect campaign and attribution information, including Facebook click identifiers, UTM values, anonymous identifiers, session identifiers, landing pages, and referrers, to understand which advertisements and pages resulted in inquiries or purchases. We may use analytics, advertising, or similar technologies supplied by third parties. The specific tools may change as our marketing and technical systems develop. Third parties may also collect information directly under their own privacy policies when you interact with their advertisements, websites, or services.

Depending on the technology used and applicable state law, some activity may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Where legally required, we will provide or honor an applicable opt-out method, including a supported opt-out preference signal where required. Browser settings alone may not control every technology.

9.Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Worklode does not receive full payment-card details because they are submitted directly to Stripe. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We may disclose personal information to the recipients and for the purposes described in this Policy.

Some state laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include disclosures of identifiers or online activity to advertising, attribution, or analytics providers, even when no money is exchanged. We do not state that these activities never constitute a sale or sharing. Where an applicable law gives you an opt-out right, you may exercise it as described in Section 13 or through any opt-out method we make available.

10.Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide previews and Services, maintain accounts and subscriptions, satisfy customer instructions, keep consent and transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.

Retention periods vary by the type of information, the customer’s settings and subscription status, legal requirements, and operational needs. Call recordings, transcripts, messages, lead details, generated content, account data, and connected-account data may be deleted or deidentified after the applicable purpose or retention period ends. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

Business customers should export information they require before their subscription ends. We may retain limited records after cancellation where needed for legal, security, billing, consent, opt-out, or dispute purposes. If we have not adopted a fixed retention period for a category, we apply the factors above rather than promising deletion on a specific date. Independent providers may retain information under their own retention rules where they determine those periods independently.

11.Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Account login uses one-time codes sent by email, so Worklode does not create or store account passwords.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur. Customers are responsible for controlling access to their email account, devices, connected accounts, and Worklode account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. If we identify a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and provide notices where required by applicable law.

12.Your Choices

12.1. Account information. Customers may review or update certain business, account, service, and communication information through the System or by contacting us.

12.2. Marketing texts. You may stop marketing text messages by contacting privacy@worklode.com.

12.3. Marketing emails. You may stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method in the email or contacting privacy@worklode.com. We may continue to send transactional, security, billing, account, legal, or administrative emails where necessary.

12.4. Connected accounts. Customers may disconnect Google Business Profile or Facebook through the applicable account or System settings. Disconnecting an account may reduce or stop related features.

12.5. Content publication. Customers may reject content before publication where the applicable feature is available. Customers may also request permitted content changes through the Services.

12.6. Call recording. Where consent is required, a person may decline recording or withdraw consent during the call. This may limit features that depend on a recording or transcript.

13.U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable law covers the information or Worklode, you may have rights to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information;
  • access or obtain a copy of personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete information;
  • obtain certain information in a portable format;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
  • appeal our decision on a privacy request.

To submit a privacy-rights request, email privacy@worklode.com and state “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including where an exemption applies, we cannot verify the request, or Worklode processes the information only for a business customer. Where we process information for a business customer, we may direct the request to that customer or assist the customer in responding.

If we deny an appealable request, our response will explain how to appeal where required by applicable law.

14.Children

The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 through our lead or account process. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact privacy@worklode.com.

15.Third-Party Services, International Processing, and Changes in Technology

The Services may link to or connect with independent services such as Google, Facebook, telecommunications providers, domain registrars, and other platforms. If you choose to use or connect an independent service, that provider may collect and process information under its own terms and privacy policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worklode is not responsible for an independent provider’s services, security, availability, or privacy practices outside our control. You should review the provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Worklode and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between locations. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism.

Our providers, integrations, AI models, communications systems, and technical features may change. This Policy describes the categories of processing reasonably expected for the Services and does not identify every vendor or technical component. If a change materially affects how we collect, use, or disclose personal information, we will update this Policy or provide other notice as required by law.

16.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Services, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice by email, through the System, or by another reasonable method.

When you connect a social media account (such as Facebook) to Worklode, we may access the following data with your explicit authorization:

  • Your public profile information (name, profile picture, user ID)
  • Pages you manage (page name, category, and page-level access tokens)
  • Posts and content published on your connected Pages

You can disconnect your social media account at any time from your Worklode dashboard, which will revoke our access and delete stored tokens.

B.Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@worklode.com. If you connected a social media account, disconnecting it from your dashboard will immediately remove all stored access tokens and associated integration data.
